Baby Journey

Thought this was as good a time as any to post a few pictures. Things are looking up as I am now beginning to enjoy food once again. I have never been one to bring food with me to school to snack on during my breaks, but that has become common practice the past few weeks. An appetite is good and I'm happy to have it back. With the ability to eat returns the energy that I seemed to have lost. I'm sure my class is happy for that. I was a dead beat for a couple of months, neglecting the very things that excited me so much at the start of the year. I'm glad to say we are back on track and moving forward.
We were blessed this past week to have had some quality time with Callie. After a sleepover Saturday and evening visits Monday and Tuesday we became quite attached. She was full of giggles, smiles, and cuddles. Couldn't ask for a better baby. It's fun watching Sean take on that fatherly role. He is confident, caring, and ready for one of his own! Probably more so than me. At least there is one of us to take the lead!

Hearing the heartbeat at the doctor always leaves me wanting to hear more. I found a fetal doppler on ebay and just had to have it. I love it when we take some bonding time in the evening to hear our baby. Here's the sound of a miracle...
