Smile...and the world smiles back

We've been blessed with yet another glimpse of our precious miracle. Flutters filled my stomach all day in anticipation of the baby encounter we were about to have. Each family we saw leave the room at Babymoon did so with a twinkle of joy in their eye. Our experience was no different. We were awe-struck the entire time, our eyes glued to the monitor anxiously waiting for the next movement. The baby must be ours as it was a little shy for the first half of our session. Burrowing it's little head into the placenta, covering it's face with those tiny fingers, and looking the opposite direction as if to say, "get away from me." With time little bean came around. We got to see a yawn, what looked like a scream, and most satisfying of all a HUGE smile. I can feel it, have seen it, but still can't quite believe this little life is growing inside of me. Tears were shed (by daddy too) and we left feeling a little closer to the little sprout. We are anxiously anticipating the arrival.
Bean is thinking hard...probably about math (mommy hopes so anyway!)

Little bean slowly getting used to the cameras.

* yawn* A little tired after walking around day A big smile for mom and dad! Can't wait to meet you!

I put all of our pictures up on our shutterfly site. Though they aren't all as complete and clear as these, each gives us a little glimpse as to what's going on inside!
